Ordering Information

Shipping

1)  All items will be shipped from Singapore.

2)  The shipping charges are as follows:

- Total Purphase below AUD $40.00, shipping charge - AUD $4.40
- Total Purphase AUD $40.00 and above, shipping charge - AUD $7.60
- Registed mail, please add AUD $1.70

3)  All hair bows will be placed on a bow card and properly packed in a box ready for shipping.

4)  All flat clippies will be placed in an organza bag and properly packed in a bubble envelope for shipping.

5)  All shipping are through airmail and the estimated delivery time will be 4 -6  working days.

6)  All custom clearance will be cleared by customer in the resident country and any fees shall be borne by the customer.

7)  Please email me via veliaphung@hotmail.com for shipping rates to other countries.

To order, please email us with the following information:
- Name;
- Email address;
- Resident address;
- Your order items (description and qty, type of hair clips, ribbons, etc)
-  Any special instructions

We will get back to confirm your orders within 24 hours.


Payment

1)  We accept paypal and all invoicing will be through paypal.  You do not require to have a paypal account for payment.  Notification of payment via paypal will be forwarded to your email address.

2)  You can pay us through paypal or you can pay us through bank transfer.  For bank transfer, the payment must be converted to Singapore Dollars to a designated bank in Singapore which will be informed when your orders are confirmed.  All fees incurred through bank transferred shall be borned by the customer.

3)  All orders will be shipped only when the payment are cleared.
